when fighting him dont burst the bubbles, specialy ones he makes from his claw in release form, wich in an the instance it explodes (true fact about pistal shrimp) can reach tempetures that match the sun, and sounds that can crush thing to dust but can be controled to just stun

bubbles he dosent create with his claw will have a low red glow sence he pacs a something like a cero just not as strong, but stronger than a bala

Ran specialices in underwater combat so his spear is best for making bubbles and pearcing threw water
